Madison Meat Center has been selling wholesale to restaurants, food trucks, caters, corporate events for a few years and they still do. They can wholesale anything from Tenderloin to toilet paper.

In April 2025, Madison Meat Center opened its retail division to offer Madison and surrounding areas fresh cut meat, fresh seafood, fresh and frozen chicken, packaged meats and frozen food items. All fresh meat is cut on location and they can customize orders for you. Whole pigs and Boston Butts are available for fundraiser and other events. The owner brings over 25 years of experience in handling and cutting meat to the area.

80% of the fresh meat carried is Certified Angus Beef including Ribeyes, T-Bones, Sirloins, New York Strips, Tomahawk Steaks, Filets, etc. Whole ribeye loins are also available starting as low as $8.99 per pound.

If you prefer fresh seafood over beef, Madison Meat Center can help you with that too, offering fresh flounder, salmon, oysters, shrimp, tuna, bacon wrapped scallops, crab legs and more. Special orders may be available for other things as well. They can even get you things like alligator and iguana if needed.

Madison Meat Center carries a line of Duck Deli lunch meats including roast beef, ham, hickory smoked turkey and pastrami. They are also proud to offer their own chicken salad, pasta salad, potato salad, cole slaw, and white sauce that is all made fresh in-house.
