CP Truck & Automotive Solutions started in a shop behind my home on Ellisboro Rd. where my cousin Roger Pulliam and I would service and repair gas and diesel vehicles for our friends and neighbors in the evenings and weekends. The word spread fast that we were trustworthy certified mechanics and quickly there was no where to park at my home. I had worked for Rice Toyota and became ASE certified master and also MDT and Roger had worked for Hilco transport and had become certified with Mack, Paccarr,& Cummins.
January 2019 we opened a shop to the public in the town of Stokesdale, Just Roger and Myself along with my father inlaw Wayne Nelson who ran the front counter for us. Almost immediatly we were covered up and needed to hire. We were very fortunate that Randall Ruffin, a long time service writer for Rice Toyota and great friend, decided to take a chance on us and if you have ever met Randall, then you know he goes above and beyond in every way.
Fast forward 5 years and we have been very blessed with business being successful enough to employee nine people. Then I meet David Vaden at church in sunday school and after a couple weeks we start talking about what we do. Well kinda jokingly he says "me and my brother are looking to retire and I think you would be good for Madison". We talked about it last of 2023, finally come up with a plan and the last quarter of 2024 we were working together to make a smooth transition to open CP Truck & Automotive Solutions second location in the JDK Automotive building. The three months of working along side of David and his brother Keith will be a time I will never forget. They are truly great guys and I wish them well with retirement. I was very fortunate that Jeff Shaw and Darrell Freeman who were the front couter men decided to stay on with me, I really cannot say enough about that and how much I truly appreciated it. I am excited to serve this community and I already feel like we have been accepted by the original JDK family of patrons. We are ASE certified mechanics and we constantly sign up for continued education and have the latest diagnostic equipment with dealer capable programming abilities. From the regular maintenance & tires, to heavy diagnostics and repairs, we want to be the shop you tell your friends and family to go see.

We offer a service truck to handle some jobs that can't be done in the shop. We also offer a waiting room with coffee and drinks. We even have a couple of rocking chairs to make your wait more comfortable.
