Coupling decades of creative design, welding capabilities, and technology, Kurrent Welding can assist you in completing your repairs or bring new ideas to life. Whether it’s a one-off small individual item or a large commercial or agricultural project, we treat all jobs with the same energy and commitment.
CNC PLASMA CUTTING
Our 4’ x 8’ Lincoln computer numerically controlled table can cut up to ¾” thick steel plate. Bring us your completed design or work with our designers to create an endless list possible pieces. Our system stores your project code files so repeatability is guaranteed. We can also scale the design if requested. Another great feature is the nesting ability of the table. Nesting software allows the system to determine the most cost efficient way to position each piece on the steel sheet to insure the least amount of waste. Our table also has a custom engraving feature allowing us to custom mark your part with designs, part numbers, or anything you might need. Stop by to see our samples including hot rod parts, custom signs, and production jigs.
WELDING SERVICES
We offer stick/arc, MIG and TIG welding for steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. Whether it’s in the shop or responding to your location with our mobile trucks, we offer a wide variety of certified welding options.
FABRICATION
Typically, we begin a fabrication project with a client supplied set of drawings and specifications. But many customers know what they want in a final project but don’t know what metals and assembly processes are required to complete their vision. We will gladly work with our clients to assist with the design and planning of a project. Moving from the design and approval phase, we then begin crafting individual components. Once the parts are ready, we clamp the parts into prepositioned JIGS that hold the parts in a true, fixed position during the welding and cooling processes. This Jig and clamp process is repeated until the total final assembly is completed.
